The cost of NeedSteel depends on how many quote requests you want to open. The cost is 3 credits for each quote opened. Other services within the portal use credits, such as comprehensive credit reliability reports.
The cost of one credit is 1€+VAT each, but it's possible to purchase credit packages that offer quantity discounts. Credits can be conveniently bought through the portal in the dedicated section.

All responses to quotes should be submitted without transportation costs. NeedSteel, through its logistics department, will complete your offer by adding the costs to be borne by the customer. Once the sale is completed through the portal, Need Logistic will automatically handle transportation. Simply upload the DDT and, if necessary, an invoice into the designated space.

The transportation logistics service offered by NeedSteel is entirely at the customer's expense and is quantified based on the distance between the supplier and the customer. In any case, the comparison with all supplier offers already includes the supply + transportation cost.
This can happen if your request is specific, there are few suppliers in your area, or your credit rating may not convince suppliers. You can automatically reload the request by activating a new 3-hour timer, making your offer visible again to various suppliers dealing with your specific case.
Congratulations! You have made a sale. Prepare the goods by the date provided during the quote phase. NeedSteel will send your customer the order confirmation and the details you provided for payment. At that point, the logistics process will begin.
